- Duplicate payment for the same booking
- Technical failure preventing the session
Not Eligible
- Session completed as scheduled
- User no-show without prior rescheduling
- Dissatisfaction with astrological advice (the science is guidance-based)
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
